By accessing and using Gulfline Yacht Charters services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Gulfline Yacht Charters provides luxury yacht charter services. All charters are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule charters due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues.
3. Booking and payment
A deposit is required to secure your charter reservation. Full payment is due prior to the charter date. Cancellation policies apply and will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Charter structure
Gulfline Yacht Charters operates under a bareboat charter structure. Captain and crew services are arranged separately from the vessel charter.
5. Liability
Guests participate in yacht charters at their own risk. Gulfline Yacht Charters, its owners, operators, and crew are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the charter. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver before boarding.
6. Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the yacht or equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Charges for repairs or replacement will be billed to the guest.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
